Control consistency across a mixed fleet
Adapted master artwork
Maintain one identity while accounting for different vehicle sizes and panels.
Planned vehicle access
We organise fitting around an agreed fleet list and available time slots.
Repeatable placement
Clear artwork records reduce variation when further vehicles join the fleet.
Keep every vehicle visibly connected
When vans or lorries differ in size and body shape, applying one layout unchanged can make branding look uneven. We create a master fleet livery and adapt it to each vehicle, preserving the same logo scale, colours, message order and overall position where the body allows. Our completed ten-lorry project provides practical experience of coordinating repeated graphics. From Melton Mowbray, we plan the work around your fleet list so vehicles seen in different places still present one recognisable company identity.

Fit the fleet around operational demands
Organised fleet work starts with vehicle makes, models, measurements, photographs and availability. We use that information to identify shared artwork elements and any body-specific changes before approval. Fitting can then be planned in phases, subject to access and the number of vehicles involved. You know which vehicle is due, which artwork applies and what preparation is required. This reduces avoidable disruption while maintaining accurate placement across the fleet rather than making decisions vehicle by vehicle on fitting day.
Frequently asked questions
Can one design work across different lorry and van models?
Yes, but each body shape needs a considered adaptation. We retain the main colours, logo, message order and visual balance while changing dimensions and placement to suit doors, panels, curtains or other vehicle features.
What information is needed for a fleet quotation?
Please provide the number of vehicles, makes, models, body styles, locations and likely availability. We also need brand files, required wording and an indication of the coverage wanted for each vehicle type.
Can fleet fitting be completed in planned stages?
Phased fitting can be discussed where access, fleet size and operating needs make it practical. We agree the artwork and vehicle schedule first, then organise each stage around confirmed access rather than leaving arrangements open.
